Our esteemed client in the
HVAC/ACMV Engineering industry
is seeking a
Accounts Executive
to join their dynamic team:

Position:
Accounts Executive
Location:
East (Nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi)
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary Package:
Up to $4,000 + PB
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full-set accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries and month-end closing.
Prepare customer invoices, process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate accounting, GST and financial records, including quarterly GST submissions.
Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation and shipment-related accounting documentation.
Maintain project cost sheets and support project billing and revenue tracking.
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and audit requirements.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.
Support improvements to accounting processes, internal controls and reporting.
Assist with business travel arrangements and other administrative duties when required.
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with full-set accounting exposure, preferably with experience in project-based, engineering, trading or import/export environments.
Knowledge of GST, inventory accounting, project costing and shipment-related transactions is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks accounting software.
Understanding of import/export documentation, customs declarations, and logistics processes will be advantage.
