The Wooden Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production of wooden products, such as crates, pallets, and other wooden structures. This role involves setting up and maintaining equipment, following production schedules, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
Main job scope of the team:
Perform daily production tasks, following the assigned schedule and maintaining consistent output.
Operate production equipment and machinery, such as saws, drills, and CNC machines, used in the manufacturing of wooden products.
Assemble wooden crates, boxes, and other wooden structures based on specifications and customer requirements.
Carried out ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or operating production machinery is preferred.
Ability to operate simple hand tools (e.g., hot seal, power drilling tool).
Ability to operate lifting equipment (e.g., lift truck, forklift) is an added advantage.
