Job Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and act as the main point of contact for mall tenants.
• Attend to tenant enquiries, operational issues and concerns, and coordinate timely solutions.
• Monitor and analyze tenant sales performance, prepare monthly reports and provide business insights.
• Support tenant performance improvement and recommendations for contract renewal/extension.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales Promotion, Operations, Maintenance and other departments on mall campaigns, events and activities.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance tenant sales and service standards.
• Maintain tenant records, databases and relevant business information.
• Supervise Information Counter operations and ensure customer service standards are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support customer service projects, initiatives and staff training.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Property Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in mall/shopping centre operations, leasing, tenant relations or mall marketing is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Leasing, Tenant Relations, Mall Marketing, Property Management, Retail Operations or Key Account Management are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
