SEA & Flexibag Shipment Operations

Oversee shipment loading activities and ensure proper documentation of loading operations (including photographic records).

Prepare and submit Customs Invoices (INV) and Packing Lists (PL).

Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents including:

Bill of Lading (B/L)

Commercial Invoices

Packing Lists

Shipping Instructions (SI)

Verified Gross Mass (VGM)

Check draft B/Ls for accuracy and update all required information in the operational files.

Coordinate with forwarders on shipment execution, documentation flow, and schedule management.

Supplier & Financial Coordination

Review and verify supplier shipping documents.

Coordinate with the finance team to confirm documentation completeness for payment release.

Save and maintain complete sets of supplier shipment documents in the company file server.

Freight, Logistics Cost & Insurance Management

Source and review freight rates and shipping charges to manage logistics costs effectively.

Monitor and negotiate shipping costs where applicable to achieve optimal rates for SEA shipments.

Arrange and purchase Cargo Marine Insurance for all applicable shipments.

Track and reconcile freight, forwarding, and surveyor invoices and ensure proper filing.

Shipment Tracking & Buyer Coordination

Track /vessel movements and cargo arrival status.

Provide timely shipment status updates to buyers and resolve shipment-related issues.

Share vessel schedules and shipment plans with buyers

Coordinate B/L switching and arrange timely dispatch of B/L copies to buyers.

ISCC & Audit Support

Assist in the preparation and handling of ISCC audit documentation.

Support audit activities and documentation compilation in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Arrange shipment of samples and obtain required label numbers.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely sample dispatch.

University graduates with relevant work experience are preferred. Newcomers are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
