Bright Bear Preschool is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Preschool Teacher to join our teaching team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment that supports the children's overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
• Teach according to the school's curriculum and daily programme.
• Use creative activities such as storytelling, songs, music, art, crafts, games, and hands-on learning.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and communication development.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, and learning resources.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Provide proper care, supervision, and guidance to children throughout the school day.
• Observe and monitor children's learning, behaviour, participation, and development.
• Provide individual attention and support according to each child's needs.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress and development when required.
• Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, field trips, and other activities.
• Follow school policies, procedures, health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the school management.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Previous preschool or childcare experience is an advantage.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Caring, patient, responsible, energetic, and positive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Creative and enthusiastic in conducting children's activities.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply.
