Responsibilities

Location:
Multiple area in Singapore
Salary:
Up to $3,000
Working Hours:

Job Scope
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and utilities.
Maintain electrical, lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems.
Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, door access, face recognition, and burglar alarm systems.
Coordinate servicing schedules for air-conditioning, machinery, water dispensers, and fire safety equipment.
Arrange, supervise, and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
Coordinate with the building management office on facility, safety, and environmental matters.
Requirements
Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems.
Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
