MS365 & Active Directory Lead

Working location: Sentul, KL

• Hands-on Core Infrastructure: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Defender, and PowerShell automation.
• Cloud & Identity: Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure / Entra ID experience (AZ-104 or equivalent certifications are highly preferred).
• Migration Experience: Proven execution of Google Workspace (GWS) to M365 migrations (Gmail to Exchange, Google Drive to OneDrive/SharePoint, cutover planning).
• L2/L3 Technical Autonomy: Proven ability to independently drive root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting without relying on external vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8-12+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft 365 

 and Active Directory administration in an enterprise or MNC context

• Deep experience managing and integrating Microsoft Entra IDs (Azure AD)

• Advanced expertise with PowerShell scripting and automation

• Strong understanding of M365 and AD security, compliance, and governance

• Solid knowledge in Windows Server, networking, group policy, and cloud identity 

 federation

• Experience with backup/recovery, disaster recovery planning, and implementation

• Familiarity with ITSM and incident management processes in large organizations

• Proven ability to conduct user training, write SOPs, and communicate across all 

 organizational levels
