About Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC)

Sungrow’s newly launched AIDC unit is building a grid‑to‑chip power platform to solve the “Gigawatt Challenge” for high‑density AI infrastructure by integrating renewable generation, grid‑forming BESS, Solid‑State Transformers (SST) and 800V DC rack‑level delivery to deliver resilient, high‑efficiency power from site to server.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Own full project lifecycle: Customers’ requirements capture, technical proposal (800V HVDC, SST, UPS, liquid cooling), commercial negotiation, contract signing, implementation and acceptance.
• Drive lead generation, pipeline conversion, project delivery and cash collection

Key Customer Development

• Proactively develop relationships with AI computing centers, supercomputing centers, and data center EPCs across Southeast Asia
• Identify and qualify demand for high‑power supply, liquid cooling, HVDC and integrated solutions, convert strategic opportunities into long-term partnerships

Strategy & Target Setting

• Develop regional key account strategies, annual targets and expansion plans according to AI data center power market trends
• Translate strategy into measurable sales targets and territory plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with HQ teams including R&D, product, supply chain, and legal and finance to align SEA technical support and delivery resources to ensure on-time execution and delivery with high customer satisfaction

Contract & Collection Management

• Oversee contract execution, order delivery, invoicing and payment collection for SEA customers
• Proactively mitigate commercial and payment risks, and ensure target cash recovery

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor SEA data center power industry developments, technology trends and competitor strategies
• Produce regular market analysis and customer insight reports to inform product and commercial decisions

Team Management & Enablement

• Build and lead the Southeast Asia sales team; design training, performance appraisals and incentive systems to strengthen technical selling and key account management

Brand & Ecosystem Building

• Represent Sungrow at regional data center exhibitions and technical forums to enhance brand influence and ecosystem partnerships

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years sales experience selling power products to data centers / AI computing centers in Southeast Asia. With hands-on experience with SST, HVDC, UPS, server power supplies, liquid cooling systems and relevant market
• Strong B2B key account sales and management, tendering, technical proposal development, commercial negotiation; CRM proficiency and sales analytics capability
• Proven existing relationships and track record with leading Southeast Asia cloud providers, data center operators and EPCs preferred
• Able to lead independent commercial negotiations and cross-cultural communication
• PMP or sales management certifications are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Marketing, International Business, Business Administration or related field
