Job Description

• Position Title: Telecommunications Technical Support Engineer
• Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
• Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Claim + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up voice and network equipment, including VoIP/Cloud PABX systems, network switches, and related peripherals.
• Deploy, configure, and implement PABX solutions.
• Deliver helpdesk, remote, and onsite technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer system issues.
• Review and verify System Design Documents to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and a proactive service-oriented approach.
• Stay updated on product developments, technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance technical and product knowledge.

• Minimum ITE qualification in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, communication systems, and PABX solutions.
• Experience in Voice/Data project deployment and management, VoIP telecommunications support, network switch configuration, and LAN/VoIP troubleshooting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Alcatel, Mitel, or Yeastar PABX systems will be an added advantage.
