The Company

OneCredit is Malaysia's newest credit bureau, registered under the Ministry of Finance. We turn credit and business data into insights that help banks and businesses manage risk and make better decisions.

The Role

We're hiring an AI Product Manager to own product direction for our Data & AI portfolio: live products spanning financial document extraction, litigation intelligence, relationship mapping, credit scoring, company classification, lead generation and expanding data sources across a team of 10+ Data Scientists/Machine Learning Engineers/Data Engineers.

This is a product role, not project coordination. You decide what we build and why, talk to bank and enterprise customers directly, and hold the team to outcomes. You also own how the team plans and prioritizes work across the portfolio.

Our products are LLM and ML systems. The roadmap is only as good as your understanding of what today's models can and can't do for our use cases, and where they're heading next. You'll lead how we define and measure quality for every product.

What You'll Do?

• Own the roadmap for our key products: problem statements, success metrics, scope, and what we don't build
• Run customer discovery with banks and enterprises; sit in on sales conversations, RFIs and POCs as the product voice
• Drive sprint planning, prioritization and timelines across all active projects
• Own evaluation: define what "good" looks like, build failure-mode taxonomies from production data, and shape the eval strategy with our ML engineers
• Lead model selection and the quality/cost/latency trade-off as models improve
• Spot new products as new data sources come online, and make the case for which to build
• Keep the CEO and management informed: what shipped, what's at risk, what we're doing about it

What We're Looking For?

• You've shipped AI or ML products to production and owned the outcome. We care about what shipped and whether it was used, not years or titles. Former engineers and data scientists who moved into product are strongly encouraged to apply
• A quantitative or technical background and a working grasp of APIs, data pipelines, deployment and evaluation. No production code required, but you should reason comfortably about precision, recall, latency and cost
• A real view on the model frontier for your area: what works, what fails, the workarounds, and where it's going in the next few months
• You use AI tools to do your own work and can defend everything you produce
• You've run customer discovery yourself and turned it into products people used
• You've juggled many concurrent work streams without dropping any
• Strong writing: PRDs, RFCs, roadmap memos, stakeholder updates
• Comfortable in a regulated environment. Fintech or credit experience is a plus, not a requirement
