My client is a a global leader in travelling indutry. As we accelerate our digital transformation journey, we are seeking a data-driven leader to help shape our enterprise analytics, reporting, automation, and AI capabilities.

As Manager, Data & Digital Transformation, you will lead company's data strategy, governance, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, process automation, and technology improvements that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards, KPI definitions, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
• Advise management on data and digital transformation priorities.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Lead development and optimization of Power BI reporting and data models.
• Deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and AI initiatives.
• Oversee integration between Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and other business systems.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners.
• Partner with business functions to identify reporting and analytics needs.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through training and user enablement.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, data modelling, and Power BI (DAX, dashboards, performance optimization).
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks and KPI standards.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, automation tools, and AI solutions is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented
