Biocon Hiring! Full Time Junior Executive - Executive, Warehouse Operations (Open for Fresh Graduates) in Johor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations including material receiving, storage, issuance, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Verify incoming materials and documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery orders, SAP transactions).
• Maintain inventory accuracy between SAP/WMS and physical stock through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Generate and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation in compliance with GMP, GDP, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Support material planning, stock monitoring, and inventory optimization to ensure availability of critical materials.
• Handle warehouse discrepancies, investigations, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Execute and support Change Controls, CAPA, Events, Risk Assessments, and other quality system activities.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and document management to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work in a warehouse and GMP-regulated environment.
