We are opening New French Brasserie-Rotisserie and Wine Bar in Millenia Walk. We are looking for a passionate sommelier.

Your duties would be:

• You shall report to the General Manager of the Company. You shallundertake the duties and responsibility of your position or such other dutiesand responsibilities as and when directed by the Company.

Provide wine recommendations and professional service to restaurant and wine-bar guests.

Manage the

retail wine shop

, ensuring attractive displays, correct pricing and stock availability.

Handle

wine purchasing, ordering, inventory and stock control

.

Maintain and develop the wine list in collaboration with management.

Organise regular

wine tastings, winemaker dinners, masterclasses and other wine events

.

Develop retail wine sales and build relationships with regular customers.

Train and educate the service team on wines, regions, vintages and food pairing.

Work actively on the restaurant floor and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Maintain strong relationships with wine suppliers and distributors.

Help drive both

on-premise and retail wine revenue
