Job Summary

Support project managers in electrical project execution by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing delivery schedules, certifying payment documents, and preparing variation orders and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in executing electrical engineering projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Attend coordination meetings to facilitate communication and alignment among project stakeholders
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project requirements and resolve issues
• Arrange delivery schedules to ensure materials and services are available as needed for project progress
• Certify payment documents for subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare variation orders and manage change requests to support project scope adjustments
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project execution challenges effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant background in Electrical Trade
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electrical Trade
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Trade

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
