Position Title : Senior Account Executive

Company Industry : Local company involved in business solutions and professional services, providing support and services to various businesses in Malaysia.

Monthly Salary : RM4,000 - RM5,500

Working Details :

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Johor Office Location : Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts for clients
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation
• Handle monthly payroll and for local and foreign employees.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO and EIS related matters.
• Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required
• Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated
• Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters
• Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management

Requirements ：

• At least 3-4 years of accounting experience
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software .

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
