Location: Kempas, Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize Proof of Delivery (POD) documents accurately
• Manage and maintain project-related POD documentation
• Scan and upload PODs into the document management system (DocuShare)
• Update POD log sheets and records efficiently
• Coordinate POD distribution to respective branches
• Support daily logistics, transit, and operational activities
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and tracking purposes
• Assist executives in resolving operational and documentation issues
• Perform other administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Have SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Have valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
