Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting assigned KPIs.
• Understand customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Promote relevant products or services when applicable.
• Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum high school qualification; relevant customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in the required support language and English (minimum B2 level).
• Good computer, typing, and internet navigation skills.
• Customer-oriented, patient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling repetitive tasks.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts when required.

Pay: RM9,500.00 per month
