Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS):

i. Prepare budget, quotation, compile tender and submission to relevant party.

ii. Coordinate with sub-contractors, call for quotations, compile and submit.

iii. Prepare site valuation and progress claims; submit and carry out site inspection with consultants or clients, where necessary.

iv. Prepare QS related monthly work, materials, labour and suppliers’ summary as directed.

v. To ensure site daily task completed within timeline and comply with standard and safety.

vi. To assist in coordinating with superior or client’s with regarding the technical matter arisen at site.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
