World Vision Singapore Hiring! Full Time Executive, Youth Engagement and Programmes in - Ricebowl

The Youth Engagement Team partners with the local education, youth, and social service sectors, as well as the churches in Singapore, to educate young people in their understanding of social justice issues and take meaningful action for vulnerable children and communities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of educational activities for youth aged 13-25
• Managing strategic partnerships, including (and not limited to) partnerships in the education, youth, and social service sectors in Singapore, to advance collaboration on shared educational and service objectives.
• Coordinating in-person and online service-learning projects with partners in the education and youth sectors. The successful applicant will also lead service-learning trips to World Vision’s Area Programmes abroad (when conditions permit), and mentor service-learning projects.
• Creative conceptualisation and copywriting for communications assets for youth programmes and campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of work experience in the education sector and/or youth sector in Singapore. (In addition, a good understanding of the local social service sector will be an advantage.)
• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and seeing projects through from conceptualisation to fruition.
• Experience in organising, executing, and driving registration for events involving in-person, online, and/or hybrid engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Partner-oriented, with a high degree of professionalism and accountability in service delivery.
• Patience and meticulousness for detail-oriented work.
