This is a phenomenal career opportunity to step into a highly visible, standing leadership role within the Technology area. You will own the strategy and execution of a flagship, multi-million-dollar Data Centre Build-Out in Singapore while establishing and leading the organization's permanent IT Infrastructure Program delivery team.
You will have the opportunity to:
drive the end-to-end Program Management, strategy, roadmap, and execution of a complex, greenfield IT Infrastructure programs including a colocation Data Centre Build-Out, owning everything from site selection, capacity design (MEP, power density, cooling), and construction through to network cutovers, migration waves, and steady-state handover. Serving as the primary interface to executive leadership, steering committees, and the Board, you will establish and run a permanent IT Infrastructure Program Delivery team to govern all wider infrastructure change. Furthermore, you will direct RFI/RFP processes, negotiate complex colocation leases and multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead a matrixed delivery team alongside Managed Service Provider (MSP) PMaaS resources to ensure high-resiliency, scalable, and modular infrastructure delivery.
You will bring your experience of:
15 to 18+ years of IT Infrastructure programme management within any of these areas: (General IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, and cloud/hybrid integration) or data centers, including power distribution, cooling architecture, and physical security, data centre builds) - backed by a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science). You possess a technical command of data centre facilities (power, cooling, space, network topology), combined with proven commercial expertise in contract negotiations, lease agreements, and vendor management. A strategic and resilient executive leader, you excel at managing complex multi-million-dollar budgets, setting up PMO governance frameworks, driving multi-vendor execution, and influencing C-suite stakeholders in a fast-paced global investment ecosystem.
