Integrated Health Plans Pte Ltd (IHP) Hiring! Full Time Account Management Executive in Southeast (Singapore) - Ricebowl

You will be part of the Account Management team, providing administration support including but not limited to the following responsibilities;

• Manage a portfolio of Corporate Clients
• Perform data entry and maintain the corporate client database
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc client reports as required
• Provide administrative support to the department as required
• Attend to and respond to client enquiries via phone calls and emails
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, resolve matters, and perform service recovery where required
• Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities to upsell services
• Draft and maintain documentation, including but not limited to Service Agreements, client handbooks, presentation decks, and related materials
• Assist with client audit requirements and due diligence requests
• Conduct client communication sessions and sales pitches
• Assist with client follow-ups on accounts receivable where required
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required

You understand the importance to exercise care when handling personal data and have an eye for detail. You are highly motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with handling mass data on excel, working with sensitive information will be advantageous.

Diploma, entry level looking to learn more about Corporate Healthcare and Medical Benefits administration are welcome to apply. On the job training will be provided.

• Medical insurance knowledge is an advantage
• Client servicing experience is an advantage
