Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning from concept development to execution
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, budgets and event materials
• Liaise with venues, vendors, suppliers and partners
• Manage registrations, guest communication and event details
• Assist with event marketing and promotional activities
• Support event setup and on-site operations
• Handle unexpected changes and provide solutions during events
• Gather feedback to improve future events

Who We’re Looking For

• Students, fresh graduates or entry-level candidates
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong in communication and comfortable working with people
• Creative, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Flexible to support occasional evening or weekend events
• Experienced in events, hospitality or projects (an advantage)
