We are hiring a full-time Site Engineer / Construction Supervisor with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage on-site construction operations, ensuring quality, progress, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise subcontractors to manage daily construction activities and ensure project progress aligns with schedules
• Inspect construction works against drawings to verify quality and compliance with specifications
• Conduct official acceptance inspections to confirm completed works meet required standards
• Review and verify material quantities to support accurate project costing and resource allocation
• Plan and execute practical construction workflows to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of construction-related certifications such as CoreTrade, BCSS/Supervise Construction Work for WSH, or lifting supervisor licenses in Singapore
