Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Singapore. The Relationship Manager is responsible for serving high net worth clients and families by providing tailored wealth management, investment, and banking solutions aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. Day-to-day activities include managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting regular reviews of client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with product specialists and internal partners to deliver integrated solutions. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk-management requirements, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation. The Relationship Manager will also support client onboarding, respond promptly to client inquiries, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client advisory skills, with experience serving high net worth individuals and families.
  • Sound knowledge of private banking products, including investment, wealth planning, and lending solutions.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, portfolio review, and risk assessment to support informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with product, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business development opportunities and grow client portfolios responsibly.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Singapore and key regional markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, IBF) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services roles is strongly preferred.
