Job Summary

Join Puricare as an Operations Executive to manage service operations, coordinate technicians, and ensure timely delivery of maintenance and installation services, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage technical fault calls and customer repair requests to ensure prompt resolution

Coordinate and schedule service technicians to optimize resource allocation and service delivery

Prepare and issue accurate work orders to technicians for efficient task execution

Monitor repair job progress and enforce timely completion to meet service standards

Review service reports and communicate outcomes to customers to maintain transparency

Prepare sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and work orders with accuracy for operational needs

Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate equipment installations and replacements effectively

Liaise with customers to understand and fulfill on-site installation requirements

Schedule new order deliveries and installations, following up closely to ensure smooth execution

Maintain detailed maintenance records and customer service histories for operational tracking

Deliver high customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and quality service delivery

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in service operations, after-sales service, customer service, or service coordination

New Entry are welcome (must be a keen & fast learner)

Proven ability to manage maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance schedules, and customer service requests

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with service management systems is advantageous

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in the water dispenser, water treatment, or equipment servicing industry

Experience coordinating with customers on installation site requirements

Experience preparing operational reports and monitoring service performance indicators

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
