Sentina Logistics Hiring! Full Time Management Trainee – Warehouse Operation in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Foundation Training (The Basics): Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and sorting to understand the physical flow of goods.
• WMS Mastery: Learn and operate our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accuracy, track shipments, and generate operational reports.
• Stock Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-take activities to ensure 100% inventory precision.
• Process Coordination: Assist in coordinating daily inbound and outbound activities to meet strict delivery timelines.
• Future Leadership: After mastering the basics, you will assist Senior Management in identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with Sentina Logistics’ standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred as the role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Are passionate in pursuing career in Supply Chain and Logistics industry.
