Job Description

Responsibilities

(For Malaysian applicants only)

The Senior Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director of Revenue & Reservations in maximising the resort's overall revenue, profitability and market share through effective revenue management, pricing strategies, forecasting, inventory optimisation, distribution management and commercial analysis.

The role is responsible for performing the full range of revenue analysis functions, ensuring that strategic and tactical revenue decisions are supported by accurate data, comprehensive reporting and detailed market intelligence.

Working closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Front Office teams, the Revenue Analyst analyses business performance, booking pace, demand patterns, market trends, distribution channel performance and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities and provide actionable recommendations that support the resort's commercial objectives and reinforce its position as a world-leading luxury resort.

The Revenue Analyst prepares daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports, maintains accurate forecasts, supports the development and execution of pricing strategies, monitors key revenue performance indicators, and assists in the optimisation of all market segments and distribution channels. The role also supports budgeting, business planning, commercial strategy and revenue meetings through detailed financial and operational analysis.
