Prepare meals according to children’s dietary requirements, food allergies and age groups.

Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and food safety practices at all times.

Ensure food ingredients are stored safely and properly.

Check food supplies and inform the person-in-charge when ingredients need to be replenished.

Receive and check food deliveries when required.

Maintain proper kitchen and food safety records where required.

Support the centre with other simple duties related to meal preparation and kitchen operations.
