We are seeking a Hardware Engineer with a strong electronics background to support mechatronics and engineering research, design and maintain electromechanical systems, and help deliver field commissioning and installation of smart water wireless communication equipment.

Position : Hardware Engineer (Smart Water / Wireless IoT)

Technical Skills Required

Execute hands-on technical work to support electromechanical research and experimental activities.

Design, build, fabricate, assemble, and operate mechatronics/electromechanical equipment.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting/repairs for electromechanical equipment.

Conduct on-site tuning, debugging, and commissioning activities.

Install and deploy smart water wireless communication equipment in real-world field environments.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure equipment performance, reliability, and successful implementation.

Target Qualifications

Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).

Practical knowledge and experience in mechatronics/electromechanical hardware: design, assembly, operation, maintenance, and repair.

Hands-on experience and understanding of field commissioning and installation of smart water wireless communication equipment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with IoT / wireless communication for smart infrastructure (water systems).

Familiarity with sensors, data acquisition, embedded hardware integration, and troubleshooting workflows.

Ability to read technical drawings/schematics and work with lab/production equipment safely.
