Join Hong Kong’s first and most exciting padel club – PADEL+! We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive Operations Assistant to be the face of our club and provide top-tier support across reception and cafe operations. If you love sports, hospitality, and being part of a vibrant team, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

Club Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome players and visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage online and offline inquiries

  • Handle bookings, member check-ins, and general front desk support

  • Receive and manage mail, deliveries, and packages

  • Ensure access and security procedures are followed at all times

  • Available on Weekends and Public Holidays

Pro Shop & Café Operations:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages (with food & beverages experience is a plus!)

  • Handle cashier duties and manage point-of-sale transactions

  • Fulfill merchandise and F&B orders promptly and accurately

  • Keep café and shop areas clean, organized, and inviting

  • Restock supplies, keep storage spaces clean and ensure inventory records are up-to-date

  • Maintain the lounge area and cold plunges, ensuring cleanliness and readiness

Event Support

  • Set up club facilities before social events, including arranging seating, preparing F&B, and ensuring equipment is ready

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during events, ensuring smooth operations throughout

  • Clean up and reset club areas after events, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

  • Assist your manager with all operational aspects before, during, and after events

Who You Are

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented

  • Strong communicator in English and Cantonese

  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Detail-oriented and reliable with a can-do attitude

  • Previous experience in hospitality, sports clubs, or retail preferred

  • Team player

  • Able to work on weekdays
