Responsibilities
Sales Administration Executive
To deliver high-level commercial, reporting, and operational support to our regional sales division. This role focuses heavily on sales data analysis, pricing integrity within ERP networks, and compliance-driven contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and maintain precise customer pricing structures and master records in the ERP system in line with approved commercial contracts and promotional campaigns.
Draft and submit accurate corporate quotations, and coordinate pricing updates across Sales, Purchasing, and Finance to maintain cross-system alignment.
Lead the administration of corporate tender submissions, compiling necessary pricing schedules, technical descriptions, and supporting documents under strict deadlines.
Extract, process, and analyze sales performance data to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management dashboards.
Monitor actual sales figures against forecasts, prepare variance analyses, and assist management in creating budgets and strategic business reviews.
Oversee customer contract repositories, track commercial correspondence, and monitor expiry timelines for proactive renewal management.
