Job Summary

You will manage the onboarding process for Ingeus clients, coordinate with stakeholders and coaches, provide reception support, handle client communications, maintain data accuracy through system audits, and perform administrative tasks to support management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding process by working closely with clients to prepare them for coaching sessions

Facilitate client process administration by collaborating with stakeholders and coaches to ensure smooth operations

Provide reception cover by welcoming clients and visitors professionally

Receive and process registration of interests from potential clients accurately

Perform general administrative tasks to support the Management Team efficiently

Conduct weekly system audits to verify data accuracy and quality, and report discrepancies to management and teams

Collect, review, and ensure compliance of client documents according to company policies

Upload and categorize client documents using the company system to maintain organized records

Liaise with clients over email and phone to address inquiries and provide updates

Support ad-hoc systems reporting to assist team needs

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting tasks

Demonstrated strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to completing tasks

Experience with data security processes and policies to protect client information

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

Experience in data entry roles to ensure accurate information management

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
