Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
Prepare Feasibility study for company prospective projects.
Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
Oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
Perform any other tasks as the need arises
Lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments.
Assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business, business administration or related field with at least 5 years of working experience, including experience in built industries costing, tender and supervisory experience.
Familiar with Debts & Loans in Singapore banking context.
