The Service Coordinator supports daily service operations by coordinating customer requests, service engineers, schedules, and administrative processes. The role ensures service jobs are handled efficiently and customers receive timely updates. Elitez Group is currently advertising a Service Coordinator position in Loyang.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service requests and work orders.
• Schedule and assign service engineers.
• Liaise with customers regarding appointments and service updates.
• Monitor service-job progress and completion.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Follow up on outstanding service requests.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve routine issues.
• Prepare service reports and operational updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous service coordination or administrative experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
