Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the following outlet related reports:

· Monthly outstanding report

· Ticketing and summary report

· Stock take variance report

• Coordinate and assist outlets in completing monthly sales reports, including:

· Sales Ticketing

· Sales verification

· Inter-transfer issuance (IT)

· Sales settlement report (Cut Sales)

· Invoice generation

· Stock take variance (quantity) report

• Perform the following outlet-related tasks:

· Issue consignment delivery orders (CDO)

· Issue and verify sales orders

· Run and share weekly sales reports with promoters

· Review submitted outlet rankings

· Review and update outlet timetables

· Update and manage consignment and POS invoices

Working Hour : 8:30am - 6pm
working Days : Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
