Responsibilities
Job Description
Respond and attend to ad-hoc facility-related tasks.
Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for assigned tasks. Beyond planned tasks, to ensure prompt response to emergency repair requests.
Allocate work to technicians and ensure all jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards & SOPs.
Ensure that in-house teams and outsourced contractors adhere to safety standards and conduct their work with proper risk assessments and safety measures.
Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment. Coordinate with Purchasing department and suppliers to ensure the availability of required materials for maintenance and repairs.
Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges and regularly provide status reports to senior management.
Any other administrative assignment and duties as assigned by the Manager.
The title of your appointment is merely a description of convenience and shall not be construed to neither limit the scope nor extent your duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience. Engineering qualification is an advantage but not required.
Typically 2–4 years’ facilities admin / ops support / contractor coordination in Singapore.
Strong organising skills; MS Office; CMMS an advantage.
Clear English; basic WSH paperwork (RA/SWP, PTW) preferred.
Willing to handle ad-hoc and emergency
coordination
, including after hours if needed.
