Responsibilities
You will be responsible for :
Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient in both Inpatient & Outpatient Pharmacy for NCID
Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
Requirements
Full registration
with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good team player and communication skills
