We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to support critical banking applications in the Trade Finance and Supply Chain space.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents escalated from L1 within SLA, and escalate to L3 with full diagnostics
• Troubleshoot using application logs, SQL, interface flows and batch outputs
• Raise and track problem tickets for recurring issues
• Monitor application health, queues and scheduled jobs, and rerun failed jobs per runbook
• Handle service requests and pre-approved data fixes under Change Management
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge articles, and flag repetitive tasks for automation
• Support releases with post-deployment checks, user sanity testing and migration validation
• Participate in shift rotation and on-call cover
• Share support insights with project and L3 teams, and contribute to service reviews

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in application or production support, ideally in banking or financial services
• Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance or E-Invoicing knowledge preferred
• Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and strong SQL
• Autosys, Crontab or Quartz
• ITIL, ServiceNow, JIRA and SharePoint
• SWIFT, ISO 20022, XML or EDIFACT message tracing
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SSL/TLS, and certificates
• Clear communication across countries and teams, and composure during incidents
