Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Administrative Executive
to support our daily administrative, accounts, and
Work Permit-related matters
. The role involves handling financial documentation, maintaining proper records, and managing Work Permit applications and administration for our foreign workers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations and related submissions
Monitor
Work Permit expiry dates
and ensure timely renewals
Assist with
MOM-related documentation and online submissions
Coordinate workers’
medical examinations, insurance, security bond and other Work Permit requirements
Maintain accurate records of foreign workers’
Work Permit and employment documents
Keep track of workers’ personal particulars and ensure records are updated
Liaise with relevant parties regarding Work Permit and worker administrative matters
Prepare and issue
invoices, quotations and receipts
Assist with
accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
Verify invoices and supporting documents before submission
Maintain proper records of financial transactions
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and document management
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation updates
Support other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
Requirements
Diploma in
Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Prior experience in an
administrative/accounts role
preferred
Experience handling Singapore Work Permit applications and MOM-related matters is preferred
Familiar with Work Permit
application, renewal and cancellation processes
Basic knowledge of accounting, including
AP/AR and invoicing
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers
Able to handle confidential employee and company information responsibly
Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
