Job Description & Requirements

Build and strengthen the company’s digital and brand presence through social media, content marketing, SEO, search optimisation and performance-driven marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram and, Facebook ensuring consistent branding and content direction
• Plan and create engaging content including posts, videos, visuals and marketing materials
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries and customer acquisition
• Manage SEO and website optimisation, including keyword research, keyword ranking, content gap analysis, meta tags, page structure, internal linking and image optimisation
• Conduct regular website and SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in search visibility, content and user experience
• Monitor Google search performance, website traffic, keyword performance and campaign results
• Analyse marketing data, leads, conversion performance and ROI, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
• Optimise existing website and marketing content based on search trends, customer behaviour and performance data
• Support Google-related digital marketing activities, including search optimisation and coordination of paid search campaigns where required
• Track KPIs and evaluate campaign effectiveness to improve traffic, engagement, lead generation and conversion
• Stay updated on competitors, search trends, social media trends and digital marketing developments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure marketing activities support overall business objectives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing, SEO, content or social media experience
• Hands-on understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google search, website optimisation and digital performance analysis
• Able to understand and analyse marketing metrics such as traffic, rankings, leads, conversion and ROI
• Experience with website content/CMS such as WordPress is an advantage
• Skilled in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or equivalent
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Creative, analytical, proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously
