Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily e-commerce operations and online stores
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions
- Handle Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms
- Plan and execute online marketing and social media campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and improve online sales
- Handle customer enquiries, orders and after-sales support
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and retail teams
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties
- Experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales or Digital Marketing
- Familiar with major e-commerce and social media platforms
- Good communication and sales skills
- Able to work independently and manage online operations
