Job Description
Responsibilities
The Assistant Project Coordinator supports the project team in the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules and progress, and supporting site mobilisation and project activities.
Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects.
Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings and site mobilisation activities.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
Maintain and update project records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
Identify and escalate administrative or coordination issues that may affect project timelines.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team.
