Sandisk Hiring! Full Time Lead Program Manager, Packaging Operations in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

As a Lead Program Manager for Packaging Operations you will be responsible for the execution of complex packaging artwork and program management initiatives to support Sandisk consumer branding.

You will lead initiatives and projects to ensure delivery of packaging artwork within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and meet all quality and regulatory objectives. You will also lead team members in continuous improvement of operational efficiency, QA/QC and packaging artwork tools/technology.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to organize, align and develop solutions to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver Packaging Artwork Initiatives
  • Plan, manage and deliver packaging artwork initiatives with agility, either as an individual contributor or by leading a small project team of 2-5 people.
  • Own the accuracy of project documentation, changelogs and dashboards for multiple projects in Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint.
  • Report and escalate progress, metrics and risks to key stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Drive Enhancements in Operational Efficiency
  • Identify, document and communicate opportunities for process improvement, skills enhancement or automation
  • Support initiatives to improve operational metrics
• Lead with Subject Matter Expertise to Support Continuous Improvement
  • Own knowledge/skills development initiatives within the team including process documentation, hands-on training, mentoring etc. 
  • Plan and organize continuous improvement initiatives within the team’s current Agile framework

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• 8-12 years of experience in packaging artwork production or related vertical, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG
• Demonstrated experience in leading large projects in packaging, marketing or branding initiatives
• Adept and data storytelling – able to present risks and metrics to business stakeholders and escalate when necessary
• Experience with packaging automation or QA/QC automation tools

Preferred:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools is a plus
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum and/or Kaizen is a plus
• Open/Willing to travel in Asia and/or US
