Job Duties:
To manage the daily operations of the shop
Execute company’s strategies to achieve company’s objectives
Resolve customer services issues whenever required and ensure the highest services standard is maintained
Ensure the store visual merchandising is maintained in accordance with the company’s display guidelines
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the subordinates

Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in luxury brands of writing instruments, accessories / hard goods, and leather goods
Mature, organized and self-driver
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Supervisor
(Remark : Relevant working reference is required for job interview)
