Responsibilities

Pipeline & Prospecting

• Source and qualify leads using cold outreach, inbound follow-ups, and social selling on professional networks.
• Maintain CRM records with clear activity logs, next steps, and qualification notes so the team can track progress.
• Run targeted prospecting campaigns to expand verticals and uncover new decision makers.
• Prepare and update sales collateral for different buyer personas.

Deal Execution & Revenue Growth

• Lead discovery calls, demo handoffs, and proposal preparation to move opportunities through the funnel.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and manage contract handover with operations.
• Track pipeline metrics and forecast monthly sales to help the team plan resources and priorities.
• Collaborate with product and delivery to scope solutions that match client needs.

Client Relationship & Account Development

• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collect customer feedback and share product improvement ideas with internal teams.
• Attend client meetings and represent Orangesoft professionally at events and demos.
• Coordinate post-sale handover to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within technology or software companies.
• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred but not required when paired with strong sales results.
• Comfortable working in a fast learning environment and able to balance multiple opportunities at once.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience with CRM tools and pipeline management, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong capability in lead generation techniques and sales prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with creating proposals, commercial terms, and simple contract clauses for B2B sales.
• Good understanding of web design, functionality and search engine optimization.
• Basic understanding of software product lifecycles and how technical teams scope projects.

Soft Skills & Qualities
