Job Summary:
The Executive of Show Talent Management will play a key role in the overall management and well-being of performers at Universal Studios Singapore. This role also handles administrative duties and supports medical and safety-related matters to ensure a safe and supportive working environment for all performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Performer Welfare & Support:
- Manage the overall well-being of performers backstage and off-site.
- Provide peer-to-peer counselling if required.
- Attend to medical and workplace safety incidents, make timely decisions for medical assistance, and coordinate follow-ups with hospitals and physiotherapists for any work injury cases.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Support local and overseas auditions in collaboration with the Marketing team, including campaign planning and promotion.
- Support the recruitment process with Creative Directors and HR Business Partner, ensuring timely and effective hiring of performers.
- Ensure smooth relocation logistics of new performers hired. This includes any logistics and interim accommodation arrangements deemed necessary.
- Manage repatriation procedures at the end of contract terms.
Administrative Management:
- Maintain and update accommodation records, contracts, and other operational paperwork.
- Provide accurate and timely reports as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred: Diploma or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline, such as Theatre, Theme Park, Television, or Events.
- With Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 3 to 4 years of related industry experience.
- Without Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 5 to 6 years of related industry experience.
- Preferably with a background in Sports Science or related field, to support physical conditioning, injury prevention, and warm-up monitoring on ground.
