Job Role
To prepare monthly and quarterly reports
To update events and volunteers databases
Prepare materials for events (e.g., flyers, slides, admin brief)
To coordinate recruitment arrangement
To coordinate with external stakeholders to arrange for mental health talks/workshops/events
To coordinate and prepare necessary documents for bookkeeper
To manage and update HR portal
Any other adhoc duties assigned by management
Requirement
Diploma in any field
Basic computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
Work Experience
Relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
