Our client, a leading industrial technology company focused on enabling digital transformation through software, automation, and data-driven solutions. The organization works closely with customers to enhance product development, manufacturing processes, and business performance across complex industrial environments.

Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Renewal Account Manager to manage customer renewals, drive revenue retention, and identify growth opportunities within an existing customer portfolio. This role focuses on protecting recurring revenue while building long-term customer relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customers.
  • Drive customer retention and achieve renewal revenue targets.
  • Lead contract, pricing, and renewal negotiations.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful renewal execution.
  • Monitor customer usage and licensing trends to support renewal strategies.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data.
  • Support customers in adopting subscription and SaaS-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS/software roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention, renewal, or recurring revenue targets.
  • Experience managing mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of SaaS, subscription licensing, and recurring revenue models.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel regionally when required.
