Position Summary: 

1)      Provide support to team members during user requirement gathering with stakeholders, and moderate discussion among team members to bridge any communication gap.

2)      Assessment of process changes and process change management.

3)      Responsible to develop system solution for product utilization/optimization and will interface between business units, product engineering and backend sites.

4)      As 1st level support of the issues reported by production for all the software sustained by the team.

What You Will Do:

1)      To support in-house product utilization system to optimization shipment.

2)      Design and develop applications based on the requirements provided in C# .NET, MVC, MS SQL and well versed in SQL scripts.

3)      Design test scenarios and perform black box testing for applications before deployment.

4)      To support and enhance the existing Product Engineering analysis system.

5)      To create and ensure training materials are ready before any new features deployment.
