Blu Restaurant Sdn Bhd is looking for a hands-on and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather and record guests’ feedback, taking action required to ensure customer satisfaction
• Have a good knowledge of the Brand Manual and its content
• Maintain operations by following brand policies and standard operating procedures; (referring to Brand Manuals)
• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising; motivating and inspiring.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; (refer to Brand H/S, F/F Manual)
• To monitor, record, investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service standards

Qualifications and skills:

• Hospitality qualification preferred
• Management experience within restaurants to a supervisor level minimum
• Knowledge of the territory and its regulations is essential
• Excellent People Management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Data Base Management Systems
• Team Player with a positive and inspirational ‘can-do’ attitude

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
